
Well, Seth Godin does make a good point about making sure you have key customer service features up and running - especially during busy times.
However, the question does come to mind...
If the saw wasn't working, couldn't one of the workers at Home Depot - of all places - simply go to the aisle that stocks saws and get a new one? Things that make you go Hmmmm...
