Anyhow, this post isn't so much about Alberto Gonzales as it is about what can happen when there is turmoil within your business organization - in this case, turmoil within the White House. (Heck, when is there never turmoil at the White House!) The White House is the perfect example of what can happen when internal customers, or employees, are in a constant state of conflict. There will always be disagreements and conflict within a business organization, but how you manage these disagreements has an affect on the business at large. Negative energy can spread throughout the organization and customers are certainly not immune to the damaging effects of this conflict. As a country, the U.S. has certainly been affected by the dishonesty of government to the point that many of us don't even trust the government anymore. It's just too bad we can't take our business somewhere else.

Great post, Maria!
