
Why must all banks have the TV set to the news? I asked myself. I'm not a TV news watcher - 90% of it is bad, depressing news anyways.
Then an angel disguised as a bank employee appeared out of nowhere and asked, "Do you like what's on TV?"
"Uh, it's ok," I replied. The two other people waiting in line behind me agreed that they would rather watch something else. We concluded that watching the Travel Channel was much better. So, the angel changed the channel and the customers lived happily ever after.
Moral of the story: Ask the customers what they want, not what you want!
