Besides establishing authority, blogging about a great customer service experience helps spread good vibes in the blogosphere! Take it from me, reading about all the negative experiences out there really isn't good for one's health!

You're right Maria. Good customer service stories send good vibes AND they are contageous. When you see or hear about it, it feels so good you want to recreate that feeling. The woman who cuts my hair said she has had so many customers tell her about the great service they get from Caraboo Coffee, that she went to Caraboo coffee - EVEN THOUGH SHE DOESNT DRINK COFFEE! She just wanted to experience that vibe.
