Devoted to customer service and the principles of exceptional customer services

Well, I've had a little bit of a break from blogging and now I'm back with full force, so expect to see more postings in the weeks ahead!  I have learned that doing nothing is ok once in awhile and that having fun with work is the ultimate goal.

While I was away galavanting around San Diego (I never did get to share any customer service stories, did I?) Know More Media signed on a new author over at Help Desk Notes.  Linda Marie has joined the network and has extensive experience working at busy help desks.  She has already jumped right in and contributed some very helpful information.
