Devoted to customer service and the principles of exceptional customer services

I think we can all agree that CRM is a must-have for any business - that is,  if you have more than two customers ;)  I believe I’ve mentioned here before that the system I use to keep track of my jewelry customers is the trusty Excel spreadsheet, however, as my customer list starts to grow, I know that I’m going to want something just a little bit more sophisticated.

I just found out that Microsoft is launching its Dynamic Live CRM service and is offering different versions of the software.  Customers here in the U.S. will soon be able to use this service for free as a trial offer.  The paid versions will start around $39 per month.
