During my weekend readings I came across an article written by Jason Parsons titled 16 Mantras for Building Financial Wealth. One of those mantras is worth noting here:
#10 - I always put customers success before my own; generosity= wealth
Although we don't see this very much in the *cough* "corporate world", I am beginning to see this mantra manifesting in the small business world. However, I'm not giving up on the big dogs...I will give credit to people like Warren Buffett who do understand the basic principles of business. He's not a billionaire for nothing, you know!
And speaking of mantras...Do you have a business mantra, mission, or vision? Does it include the word "customer" or something similar? Why not?
