Devoted to customer service and the principles of exceptional customer services

As you may or may not have noticed, I haven’t been around much here lately.  I’ve been working on a couple projects (one of them is to get one of my Squidoo lenses in the top 100 of Squidoo), traveling and getting ready for a vacation in Chicago for a week!    

So, for the next couple weeks CustomersAreAlways will be in guest blogger mode.
