What’s very interesting to me is that many business people - especially corporate
business people - never stop to do the math. Do they not ever receive bad service? Do they not know that we tell five of our friends about the bad service we got from their company?
Well, I found out via Phil Gerbyshak that Christine Kane is quite the mathematician who has the perfect addition and subtraction problem for us to ponder over. Now, why didn’t we learn these types of word problems in high school or college? Wouldn’t it be nice if kids had to go to customer service academy and learn the real way to do business?

Ya, everything should be thought perfectly at school level only...
