  After reading the story about the couple who bought “stale ales” the question came to mind…Is this going above and beyond the call of duty or was the customer service rep doing what she was supposed to be doing? Apparently, another reader had the same thoughts. Or should we just be happy that someone was as helpful as this Sierra Nevada customer service rep was? |
