Ellen bought two cars from a car dealership where the sales guy assured her that “I’m not making any money on this deal!” Isn’t it funny, but that’s exactly what the last guy told me when I was shopping for a car! Why do car sales people say that? Do they think we’re stupid?
Anyways, so a couple weeks later, Ellen decided to exchange one of the cars and the same car salesman offered her another car that was half the price of the original car she bought. Ok, so we understand that a car loses its value once you drive it off the lot, but how could it have possibly lost half of its value in just two weeks?
Ellen ended up going to another dealership who offered her much more than the dealership where she originally bought the car from!
If this sales guy was really smart and knew anything about customer service, he would have worked with Ellen to give her a great deal. After all, she does have a national TV show where she could tell everyone about you - and she’s known to do that….
Oh, well, that guy missed out.
