If you need yet another reason to build relationships with your coworkers, here’s one…
I’m not sure if this is actually a true story or not, but an employee at a New York publishing firm was found dead at his desk and supposedly he had been there for five days before anyone noticed! 
The boss of the man said, “George was always the first guy in each morning and the last to leave at night, so no one found it unusual that he was in the same position all that time and didn’t say anything. He was always absorbed in his work and kept much to himself.”
That doesn’t mean that someone couldn’t have at least stopped by his desk to ask him how his day was going!
Now is a good time to ask yourself how you are relating to your fellow workers…
