My interest in Warren Buffett started late last year when I saw him in an interview on TV. (I found part of the interview on YouTube, so you can watch it below). I then began reading Buffettology, a book that was written by his ex-daughter-in-law and that inspired me to start an investing blog! Well, they say if you want to be rich, you have to learn from rich people, right?
So, what would I ask Warren Buffett? So many questions run through my mind - I don’t where I would begin…Here are a few related to customer service:
1) What’s one characteristic you look for in a person or company that determines whether or not you’ll do business with them?
2) How would you define customer service?
3) What would a company have to do to gain your trust?
Who would you want to have lunch with?
