It’s no secret that when you are a giving person, all that goodness will come back to you in the form of new customers and more sales. It’s a law of the Universe, Law of Reciprocity, Law of Attraction…Whatever you call it, it’s something that happens because you decided to be a generous person.
Likewise, when you don’t give information, show compassion or empathy for a customer, you will suffer the consequences of those actions. It never fails.
