One of the laws of success is the “Law of Giving and Receiving”. Giving is part of customer service and it’s a way of life. We give compliments, special discounts, a helping hand, a smile…We give customers a part of us in hopes to make their life that much better. We all have special gifts to share - the gifts of love, appreciate, affection, and empathy. Many of us are aware of these gifts and yet there are still others who don’t know how to use these gifts.
