
If you are only networking when you need to get clients, you are wasting your time. Networking is not a one-time action; rather, it is a process of having others get to know you and building relationships with them. You will need to network continuously to raise your online visibility and develop relationships with others.
Did you get that?
Even when it’s your peak season and you have more clients than you can handle, you should still be out nurturing the relationships that you do have. Even if it’s just 30 minutes a day - take that time to write one thank you note or send out a newsletter to your existing clients to let them know what’s going on with you.
