Thank You Cards and Notes

I just got back from sending off some Thank You cards to my jewelry customers.  They’re going to be thrilled with some of the goodies I gave them and as cheesy as this may sound, I feel so warm inside -- as if I was the one receiving the gifts ;)

Well, I sit down at the computer to do some blog reading and the first post I come to is Service Untitled’s Sample Client Thank You Notes!  Hopefully you’ll be inspired to sit down and write a couple Thank You cards after reading the post ;)

As I’ve probably mentioned here before, when I worked at Nordstrom, they drilled it into our heads to send Thank You cards everyday.  You’ll be surprised at how much of an impact you can make on your future sales just by simply telling your customers how much you appreciate their business ;)
