My Subway Experience and Thoughts on Customer Expectations

I just finished eating a Subway Sandwich and I have to just say that it was a horrible sandwich.  After eating at Quizno’s for so many years I’ve become accustomed to Quizno's sandwiches that are bursting with flavor and not skimpy on the meat.  The roast beef sandwich I had at Subway was rubbery and there was about seven pieces of meat in it.  My expectations of a great tasting sandwich were met with much disappointment.  And to think, Subway's motto is "Eat Fresh!"subway.jpg

No more Subway roast beef sandwiches for me!

Are you delivering the great products or customer service that your customers are expecting from you?  Are you setting a good standard and do your employees know what those expectations are?  Do you even know what your customers’ expectations are?

this guy obviously works at quizno's. subway sandwiches are the best.

what a loser!

no wonder this guy didn't like subway... he got a girly sandwich like roast beef. you gotta get a steak or chicken bacon ranch to experience a true subway man sandwich.

roast beef hahaha.

I agree, subway has gone downhill!! You no longer buy a sub the way YOU want it. Half the time the bread isn't fresh.

For the veggies, all I ever want are the pickles and lettuce. Think they would pile it on? Nope, so few pieces of lettuce it's pathetic! For $8 a sub, I'll pass and make it at home!

Hey I work in Subway I can assure u the bread is always fresh and I aint just saying it cuz im paid to It the truth! I am a manager and it seems that unfortunately this customer did not recieve what he wanted. If you really think Subway is rubbish then why is it a multi billion franchise?

Subway is the best place you could go to eat once you go there is like going to heaven. The subs are delicious!!!!!

I work in subway too... and unfortunately for me I have to get up at stupid hours of the morning to bake bread in work. Its all fresh likes... are you sure the person that made your sandwich just didnt like you? and roast beef! get a real sandwich!!!
