For the past year or so I’ve been writing down and saying positive affirmations to myself.  I’ve also subscribed to ThinkTQ.com’s daily emails that are full of motivational quotes and information to get me through the day.  The combination of affirmations and motivational emails propel me to keep going - I feel energized and inspired to help others.  My whole attitude has changed towards life and everything I do.
