
Apple has made it’s way up the coolness ladder the past couple years, eh? There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t see an iPod or iTunes ad or commercial. Seems like everyone and their grandma has an iPod these days and it’s quite remarkable how the company has taken a huge piece of the market when it comes to mp3 players.
Now Apple is coming out with the iPhone. Judging from all the buzz around the blogosphere, the expectations are pretty high. Will the iPhone deliver what Apple promises it will? Has Apple armored itself with enough people to handle the issues - if any - that this new little gadget will bring? Will there be so many bugs in the system that they’ll have to come out with another version next year and will people be pissed off because they’ll have to fork over another $500 for the newer version?
My fellow Know More Media writer Susan Gunelius of MarketingBlurb also has some interesting points to make. If I was an Apple customer, can I count on their sales reps to walk me through all the different features?
All I have to say is that if you do own an iPhone, there's no excuse for you not to be able to stay in touch with your customers!
