As we all search for the formula to provide great customer service, I could probably sum up the essence of customer service in one word: Attitude. It’s your attitude towards your life that determines how far you’ll get in your career. If you have a great attitude and are continuously helpful, you’ll attract the people and circumstances that will take you to a higher plane - spiritually, emotionally and financially.
