Devoted to customer service and the principles of exceptional customer services

Over at one of my other blogs, Online Business Resources, I talk about the two new key elements of a Web 2.0 website - one of which is a podcast.  Lately I’ve come across blogs that use this somewhat new form of communication and I love it because it gives my eyes a chance to rest!  All I have to do is hit the play button and listen to the audio version of a blog post.  Genius ;)  One of these days, I’ll get around to learning how to add a podcast to this blog.  Then I can really be cool - ha!
