An Interview With Dell's VP of Customer Experience
I’m sure many of us are wondering what Dell is up to these days in terms of customer service - at least I am anyways!   Just when I was going to hop over to the Dell blog to check out the latest developments in improving their service, Idick%20hunter.jpg found out about Service Untitled’s interview with Dick Hunter, the Vice President of Customer Experience and Support over at Dell.  

Incidentally, this interview comes at a time when New York State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo is suing Dell for their “deceptive business practices” - including the classic bait and switch schemes and not providing timely onsite repair - just to name a few of the complaints.  

Ah, the Dell drama still continues… We could focus on how much Dell has improved, but when you have lawsuits like this it only sets you back just a little.  Well, you can’t please everybody - or can you?

I took a look at Dell’s stock price (DELL) and noticed that it has gone up the past couple months.  Could this be an indication that people are regaining confidence in the computer maker?

Ironically Maria, one of the press releases I saw related to the law suit said that Dell's customer service numbers had gone up. Kind of odd timing, but good for Dell customers.
