
While some business owners dislike the idea of regular people being able to write reviews so quickly (Hello, welcome to Web 2.0!), others are welcoming the feedback and using it to their benefit. I agree with Damon’s thoughts on it and would like to add that even though some of these reviews may seem a bit harsh and down-right rude, try to wade through all the baloney and look at it as a way to get free feedback.

While some reviews should be taken with a grain of salt, folks should definitely be on the lookout for things that are repeated complaints about the business (slow service, etc.).
