
I discovered a new blog today called Flight Wisdom which gives us the run down of new services from many of the airlines - plus many juicy customer service stories…like the US Airways employee who told a passenger that they didn’t have a right to complain about a cancellation. Hello! We always have a right to complain, don’t we? If anything, that’s the only right we have…besides great service!

Your stuff on customer service is really good. I was especially intrigued by your US Scareways (I mean Airways) comments as they were recently voted the worst US Airline by readers of Consumer Reports. I had my own truly unique experience with them yesterday which I am posting on my blog.
