Well, Wachovia Corp. (WB) has decided to some organizational changes and most of it is targeted toward improving how the company handles customer service.
"We know more about our customers' needs and behaviors than ever before," said Ken Thompson, Wachovia CEO. "These changes will better align our internal organization with the customer and enable us to exceed expectations at every stage of a customer's life or business cycle." According to this news article over at Jacksonville.com, Thompson spends about 40% of his time speaking to employees and customers.
