
Do you agree that there’s too much complaining going on in the world today? Recently I watched the Oprah Show where a pastor came on to tell about the “No Complaining” Bracelets and challenged us to not complain for 21 days. (They say that it takes 21 days to form a habit). ![]()
Too many of us complain that customer service is dead, so instead of going on and on about how nobody cares anymore, why not take a step in the other direction and write about a good customer service experience instead?
So, are you up for the “No Complaining” challenge? I’m working on it right now…

I disagree, I think complaining can get things done. A site like MyBiggestComplaint can give a much needed voice to someone who has a legitimate complaint, that, if resolved, could probably make someone else's life better.
