
The blogger over The Bobcast discovers that great customer service still exists. Yes, contrary to popular belief, there are still people out there who actually believe in helping people! Unfortunately, these kind and caring people are still in the minor, but I think many people in the business world are starting to come out of their cocoons. Slowly, but surely we're getting there.
So, let me ask you...What could you start doing today to make more of an impact in the business world? What are you doing to let people know that customer service is your top priority? How can we change the way many of the big corporate big-whigs think? What will it take?
