The Happiness Habit

There’s a book I’ve been hearing about titled Choose the Happiness Habit.  I haven’t read the book yet, but I do like the title.  

Being happy is something we choose to be.  Many of us like to blame other people or events for our unhappiness.  We should not depend on outside forces to make us happy.  Nobody causes another’s happiness or unhappiness.  We may think that more customers will make us happy or more money will bring us bliss, but in reality this is not true.  Well, it may bring us happiness for a little while, but sooner or later we’ll find something else to not be happy about.  smile-gaping-void.jpg

Happiness begins withinHappiness begins now!  It’s your choice!
