Proof That Blogging Brings More Customers To Your Business

Congratulations to Tom Vander Well for reaching his first year blogging anniversary!  Tom decided to give this blogging thing a try and he began sharing his experiences as a call center consultant.  Check out Tom’s first post, The Secret of This Team’s Success where he makes this note:

Part of being a successful blogger is being committed to it for the long-term.  As long as you have your business, you should be blogging about it and sharing with your customers.  

I looked at my archives here at Customers Are Always and found the first time I blogged about Tom Vander Well.  Then there was the interview I did with him last May...Part 1 and Part 2.  

This is what Tom says about the ROI of blogging:

“The value of networking, increased web traffic, and exposure is hard to calculate, but can't be dismissed. I can't imagine another marketing avenue that could produce such results such minimal investment”

And you're still skeptical about blogging about your business?
