Devoted to customer service and the principles of exceptional customer services

Star Wars is one of my all time favorite movies and just the other day I was thinking about Yoda and the one line he said, “Do or Don’t Do.  There is no try.”  Apparently, Mike Sigers and I must be on the same frequency because he talks about Yoda as well:  If Yoda Was Your Sales Manager.

I took out the word “try” out of my vocabulary a couple years ago.  “Try” to me implies “struggling” and I don’t struggle.  

There is no trying to be happy.  You are or you aren’t.

There is no trying to help customers.  You do it or you don’t.  

You offer exceptional customer service or you don’t.
