Devoted to customer service and the principles of exceptional customer services

Here’s a good cure for writer’s block:  watch a good movie.  So, that’s what I did today.  Curled up under the covers and threw Coach Carter into the DVD player.  I love stories about underdogs who learn to overcome their challenges and Samuel L. Jackson always delivers a great performance. 

One thing I took away from this film is that we have a responsibility to our youth today to encourage and motivate them to do better with their lives.  Just like customer service reps have the responsibility to encourage, motivate, and help their customers live a better life.  

We can change the world and have a better business community if we just took the time to help even a few people and make a difference.
