Trusting your employees. Trusting your coworkers. Most of all, trusting your customers and doing all you can to earn their trust in you. ![]()
An interesting post to read is The Opportunity Cost of Mistrust. We are given the example of offering a service guarantee and how we should be able to trust our customers to not take advantage of this guarantee just to get out of paying us.
For the most part I believe most people are pretty honest. If you do great work and offer nothing but positive energy, they can’t help but pay you what you’re worth. You can’t do business filled with fear that a customer is going to stifle you.
