Devoted to customer service and the principles of exceptional customer services

I’d like to pass on this video and post over at Conceive, Believe, Achieve about an interview with Joseph Campbell that I find to be very motivating.  It’s all about following your bliss - something I do every day of my life and highly encourage people to do.  When you’re not following your bliss, you feel resentful.  Resentful towards your boss, resentful towards your spouse, even resentful towards your parents for pushing you to do something you didn’t want to do.  Sound familiar?  I’m sure many of us are in that situation.  So now you’re here stuck in a job doing something you hate and it shows in your actions and how you deal with other people.
