These are the words of fellow customer service blogger, Douglas of Service Untitled. Right on! Sign me up too! I’m up for the challenge. I still have yet to find a company that provides perfect customer service every single time I do business with their company. Do you know of one? Let us know and Douglas and I will become their evangelists for life!
I agree with Douglas, there’s always room for improvement!

I am very disapointed in the service I had with a suposeably a reliable dealer. I have even bought my 2000 silverado from them brand new. It started out as a recall for a speed senser so took it in then my nightmare started. Then while the truck was in I had them look at my heater controll which I know had a broken switch. So I had them replace it which was ok with me cause they quoted me for parts and labor would be $148.04 Iwas in there for 45 minutes and they charged me for 2 hours and not only that they added an extra $3.19 for taking me in the gaurage to say they had to mess with some sort of flap in the heater to set it on defrost. So now I can't use the controll to put heat on to thr floor or to set it to vent. He also said it would take if I want to fix it , it would be 8 more hours and parts. So I ended up spendig $213.09 for a non working heater with a very rude person that you pay the bills. She just ripped the check right out of my hand. I have never been so disapointed in my life with a dealer. Don Johnson Motors won't get my businrss again. I'll take my vehicles to a backyard mechanic first brfore I go back there again!
