Once in awhile I like to see who’s blogging about me and today I came across Jim’s I’m Forty-What??!! Blog.  Kinda funny I should come across his blog in that I was just thinking about how life would be when I turn 40 - still have alot of time - and it’s not so much the age thing, it’s about what I want to accomplish.  Oh, but let me get back to Jim....

So, Jim has an awesome post about the reasons why people blog and I’d like to thank him for the mention ;)  He offers a reason that I forgot to mention when I listed the reasons why I blog:  Blogging is about changing the world.  Yes, I’m one of those idealists that Jim talks about.  I really, really, believe in my heart that anything is possible and you can accomplish anything that you want if you put your mind to it - literally.  “Impossible” does not even exist in my dictionary.  

Can customer service bloggers change the world of business?  Sure!  Absolutely!  Most definitely!  

And that’s why I’m here....
