A Lesson From Dell: The One Thing Your Customer Service Page Needs
As your business starts to grow, it’s inevitable that the inquiries and issues from customers will grow as well.  Perhaps you would like to reduce the amount of customer service inquiries by phone because you just don’t have the staff to handle all the calls - which is the case with most big corporations nowadays!  

Well, I went to Dell’s Blog today to see what they were up to and read their post about their new Dynamic Product Pages function.  I then browsed Dell's Customer Service pages and like how easy it is to find information.  

Online business owners take note:  I think what really helps is the graphicsDell%20graphic.jpg used to direct customers to where they need to go to get help.  It can become overwhelming when all you see is text on a help page.  The customer service page is probably the most important page on your website and you want to make it look as streamlined and easy to read as possible.  

So, thumbs up to Dell for taking the steps to improve their customer service.  Guess they’re putting that $150 million dollars to good use, eh?
