
Well, I went to Dell’s Blog today to see what they were up to and read their post about their new Dynamic Product Pages function. I then browsed Dell's Customer Service pages and like how easy it is to find information.
Online business owners take note: I think what really helps is the graphics
So, thumbs up to Dell for taking the steps to improve their customer service. Guess they’re putting that $150 million dollars to good use, eh?
