The Customer Service Group shared these 10 most important customer service phrases which comes from Eric Harvey, the author of 180 Ways to Walk the Customer Service Talk

#8 - I'm not sure, but I will find out.
 #7 - What else can I do for you?
#6 - What is most convenient for you?
#5 - How may I serve you?
#4 - How did we do?
#3 - Glad you called
#2 - Thank you
#1 - Yes

All these phrases are right on point, however, with the way service is right now with many businesses, I would have ranked #10 closer to the top!
