When A Customer Service Blogger Blogs Too Much
The supervisor took me on a tour of the call center and I got to listen in on a few calls.  The CSR’s were typing away at the computer.  Mostly numbers.  I pick up the customer service handbook and flip through the pages.  It seems that there is a “code number” for every customer service issue imaginable.  If a customer was having a certain issue, the rep would enter the code number into the computer.  question%20mark.gif

On the front cover of this handbook was a picture of the supervisor in his boxer shorts.  

“Uh, is that you?” I ask.

“Yup.”

???

Then I wake up.  

Is that the most random dream ever or what?
