Wouldn’t it be neat if we could vote on retail stores like we do news items at Digg? Retail stores would have to display how many people have voted for them based on the company’s customer service and people entering the store could see how 
many people have voted for that particular company. On any given day a company can see how many people have given them a thumbs up and there would be a website where people can log on to see what companies have the best service.
I guess I’m not the only one wondering if there is some kind of universal customer service rating system. There’s a great thread on this over at Slashdot…
