However, this is not a blog where customers can air their concerns. Under the comment policy it says:
One final note: If you have an issue with a Verizon service that requires support from Customer Care, please visit Verizon Customer Support. Verizon will be happy to help you, but support issues are beyond the scope and purpose of this Website.
It would be better if Verizon did address the most common concerns that customers have on the blog. Instead of having to call in and wait oh, thirty minutes to talk to someone, with a click of a button I could have my question answered in two minutes.
