I was just visiting Eileen Cook’s blog where she shares with us her Tales of Customer Service. I left a comment and said, “I’m on a quest to help teach others that great service can help save the world.” Now, I’m not quite sure why that sentence came to me, because really, can we save the world with great customer service? I had to think about that for a minute. 
What if every single person on this planet was more friendly and more helpful? There would be more positive energy in the cosmos, right? People would be happier, wouldn’t they?
