Devoted to customer service and the principles of exceptional customer services

Part of my weekend is spent in quiet contemplation about life, work, and how I can make an impact on the world.  As many of you who read this blog know, I like to take a holistic approach to customer service.  I tend to go a little deep within because I truly believe that a positive and helpful outlook on life begins within.  

This is why I must share this Awesome post over at the Positivity Blog.  Henrik Edberg does a great job of pointing out why people aren’t more positive and he outlines some ways why we should be more positive.  

Who doesn’t want to create a better world and better relationships?  Who doesn’t want a better life?  Who doesn’t want to help people?  What it boils down to is that when you help more people, more people will help you.
