I do feel that living in a fast-paced society does have it’s cons. We have become very impatient people who wants things right away. I admit that I have been impatient on an occasion or two. Is there a way that we can slow things down? Have a rally for patience? Have a National Be Patient Week? Yes, I’m serious.
I do agree with Seth, it's time to start over. I think we already have with all the blogs on customer service!
