Devoted to customer service and the principles of exceptional customer services

I’m not a TV watcher, but I sure do love YouTube.  You get to watch videos without all the commercials and hey, if you want to watch a commercial - especially if it’s a funny commercial - you’re free to do that whenever you want to.  Like this Virgin Mobile commercial, for instance, which demonstrates their customer service....It’s a great laugh to end the work week!  I’ve categorized this under “Sunday Funnies”, but I just had to share it today.  I know some of you who work hard helping your customers need it!

I don’t care how dedicated you are to customer service, I could do without the bathroom help thank you very much ;)  

Speaking of commercials...Superbowl is this Sunday and I know there will be some interesting commercials that we’ll all be talking about on Monday!  But please, no corny GoDaddy commercials!
