All around the world people are singing the song of love. You tell your significant other that you love them, your kids tell you that they love you with a handmade card, but have you told your customers that you love them today? Here a few ways you can love your customer…
1. Tell them you love them! Duh. Ok, it may seem a bit weird, but try it ;)
2. Look into their eyes when they’re speaking to you. Not in a romantic way, unless you really do have a crush on them! You know what I mean. Pay attention to them!
3. Throw a party and have your customers be the honorary guests.
4. Surprise your customers with a hand-delivered basket of goodies. Well, this may a bit difficult for big companies with many customers, but you can do something similar. Mail a gift card - not a coupon!
5. Send your customers a CD full of love songs ;) I actually received this from a company a couple years ago! Yes, you can still do it today. They'll get it a couple days late, but better late than never, right? Besides, Valentine's Day should be every day!
