
How can you guarantee that your customers will remember you? Make them laugh! As I was making the rounds at YouTube tonight, I came across this interesting video by InsureMe. I do like the little Unremarkable vs. Remarkable Customer Service clip! I admit that it’s a little cheesy, but whatever they did, it worked. I won’t forget Insure Me ;)
This is just another example of great marketing. I think it’s genius that companies are using YouTube to interact with their customers. They can also get feedback on their videos and know what people are thinking.
