
Now, why is that a challenge to Meikah? Because more people “bawl” (to use Meikah’s word) instead of praising and being grateful for the good customer service they receive. I have to admit that lately it has been a little bit of a challenge for me as well. I remember a time when I was able to post good customer service stories on a weekly basis.
