Devoted to customer service and the principles of exceptional customer services

I love animals - especially dogs. There is a reason why they are called (Wo)Man’s Best Friend!  Every time I visit my best friend, her dog Milo is the first to come and greet me without fail.  He’ll sit there and wag his tail uncontrollably - ever so happy to see me.  He’ll lick my hands and face all day if I let him!  If I get mad at him for whatever reason (which is hardly ever), he doesn’t hold a grudge.  He’s still his happy-go-lucky self. 

Do you have any customer service reps like that in your company?  People who greet every single customer and are happy to help them?  

We can learn a thing or two from dogs, huh?
