What Do Your Customers Care About?
Are you asking your customers the right questions when you survey them?  How about in your normal day-to-day interactions when you’re helping them find products or services they need from your company?  Do you even care?question_3.gif

Kathy Sierra over at Creating Passionate Users talks about making a personal connection with your customers (or users) and wanting to know what they actually care about.

Kathy goes on to ask readers some interesting questions which I’ll copy here along with my answers: 1. What's the most fun work you've ever done, and why?
The most fun work I’ve done and still do is making and selling my jewelry.  I simply love working for myself and being creative ;)

2) A. Name one thing you did in the past that you no longer do but wish you did?
I was a preschool teacher for a year and wish I could still work with kids.

B. Name one thing you've always wanted to do but keep putting it off?
I’ve always wanted to open up an art center.

3) A. What two things would you most like to learn or be better at, and why?
I would love to learn how to fly a plane because I just love to fly!  I would like to be better at photography.

B. If you could take a class/workshop/apprentice from anyone in the world living or dead, who would it be and what would you hope to learn?
Well, I’ve always wanted to be Donald Trump’s apprentice. (I even tried out for the show) I would hope to learn more about real estate investing and how to run a big company.

4) A. What three words might your best friends or family use to describe you?
Smart. Caring. Driven.

B. Now list two more words you wish described you...
Absolutely fearless.

5) What are your top three passions?
I looove to write.  My purpose to help people realize their true potential and live blissfully.  I love all things art.

6) Write--and answer--one more question that YOU would ask someone.
If you could live during any time in history, when would it be and what would you be doing?
I would want to live during the 60’s.  Perhaps I watch too much television, but it seems like all they liked to do back then was dance.  I would be a fashion designer.
